The tracking shows it going everywhere BUT Galveston, TXits currently in MASSACHUSETTS and still sitting there after 10 days, yet QUAY says its my responsibility to get USPS to say in writing thats its lost. Try getting USPS to do anything right let alone in writing!
Have not received my order
I ordered two pairs of sunglasses almost two months ago and said I would receive them aug 1st and have not received any of the items I ordered.

The post office forwarded my glasses back for some reason and when I called to inquire about it they said the glasses I purchased were out of stock so they gave me the option of picking a different pair after picking 3 different styles that were all out of stock I had to settle for a pair that I did not want or paid for!

I need to exchange my sunglasses. They broke and I have had them less than 2 months

Joe from customer service was amazing and helped me with my order! He was so nice and I will be ordering again from Quay!
Replacement
Email got me no where but phone customer service was great at resolving my problem. Told me in a email I was out of warranty when I had just bought these glasses less than 2 months ago

None of my orders ever arrive on time, get lost in transit, have to replace or refund. Used to overnight or do expedited but it is useless too same every time.
I have never received any in the time frame expected within 10 business days and some never received and never got a refund. Will never order again, switching to Ray Bans, DIFFs, Costas and Maui Jim's never have had any problems with shipping on these.

I wanted to pay with Afterpay not charge my credit card. I didnt realize I was placing an order until itll all the sudden it was there and I didnt want to use that card

No help at all the "instructions" they emailed me were the same useless instructions on the website. I am extremely disappointed as I am a loyal customer and have spend HUNDREDS of dollars.

Customer service is excellent! They went above and beyond to fix the issue with my sunglasses
When I ordered my sunglasses I put the wrong PD number. I reached out to Quay and they got back with me fast and fixed the problem..
User's recommendation: Be patient and they will definitely fix anything that they can.
