Replacement lens and one screw
The high key 126 in gold, were a gift for my daughter-in-law who is 23. Her Baby is less than a year.
Just signed with Carters modeling. My daughter-in-law is going through some health issues and is extremely busy. I dont want to bother her with this,or her to even know that the sunnies had a malfunction.
She bought them over a year ago and I wore them one time. Screw fell out and lost the Quay logo lens I got no resolution

Immediately after placing an online order I noticed that the address was wrong, it autofilled to an old address in Texas.
I called customer service to change the address. Customer service was very rude, they said it wasn't possible to change the address or cancel the order.
I was a loyal customer purchasing dozens of pairs of glasses over the years.

Use The system autopopulated an address from years ago I couldnt cancel or change the order. Terrible system.
I have to wait until it ships and then beg the delivery service to change the address.. which will not happen (I work for them so I know we dont do this).
This will be my last order. Very unhappy.

Terrible Customer Service
I placed an order during Quay's buy one get one free deal, but made a slight mistake in the color for one of the pairs of sunglasses ordered. I realized this immediately upon placing the order and reached out to customer service via email within minutes (no one will pick up a call, so email is the only option) to see if they could edit my order, something that usually is not a problem if contacted immediately.
They told me nothing could be done; not only that, but I have to send back both pairs of glasses since there was a buy one get one free deal going on, even though only one pair needs to be returned. Yes, both pairs I ordered were the same price so there would be no loss on their end if I only sent back the sunglasses that were wrong. I also have to pay for shipping to send them back which is going to be deducted from my refund. I initially paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping which they do not include as part of the refund, so I will now be losing out on quite a bit of money all because the 'customer service' representatives could not edit my order mere seconds after it was placed on my end.
I then requested them to cancel my order altogether because I am not happy with any of this. They also stated that cannot be done - shocker! There is no good reason why an order cannot be cancelled less than an hour after it was placed. Not even near an hour, minutes after being placed.
Very upset.
Clearly, no one who works there wants to do their job or be fair to their customers. I won't be shopping with them again.

Can't find or get through to your store either through email, web page and calls. Your web page sucks, I can never get a page that works, even when I attempt to make a purchase.
And, when I finally got through your customer service line, the agent couldn't even speak English. What's the deal with when I wanted to return one pair of sunglasses out of two that I had purchase, I was forced to return both of them in order to receive my refund. Wow! I couldn't even keep the pair of sunglasses I liked.
Well, I have my refund credit now!
Now what's the next purchase dilemma I'll have to go through with the credit line I have? After this purchase I don't think I'll be doing business with you anymore.

I spent 136 dollars on sunglasses that didnt last for 6 months, its a cheap product made. China customer service said I neglected them and broke them .
They cheap sunglasses made with cheap materials . Dont spend money on quay buy costa Del Mar they are fantastic.

I called to complain about my order didn't go through on Cyber Monday and instead of helping, he (customer service) response was why did you wait all day to order?
I asked to talk to someone else because obviously he couldn't help me, and he hung up on me. I called back, and they said just to email my complaint.

Item on sale after purchase
Disappointed- bought sunglasses that state returns eligible for 30 at no cost. The item went on sale a week after I received them for 50% off, however, they would not honor the sale as they stated that is not their policy, I could purchase another one at the sale price and I could return original purchase for a refund - they would send me a return label for free - the snag is they charge a $7 restocking fee which basically covers the shipping costs and its in the fine details you dont see - so they dont have free returns - lesson learned

I just called your customer service to get a screw for my sunglasses that were $65 and your representative said he could not send me screws to fix my glasses that you probably paid $5.00 for then charged $65!!! Really poor customer service for a product I will never purchase again from your company!!!
