I need help with my order
The shipping address is wrong that's not my address, that address is an hour i have emailed and called nobody can help I don't think its fair someone to keep what i paid pay for
Poor customer service
I ordered multiple products from this company over the years Without problems but as of recently my order was wrong, and when I called to get the issue fixed not only did they make it super complicated when it was a fault on their end the representative I was on the phone with wasnt aware I was still on the phone and the lady said The *** *** hung up on me when I was still in fact on the phone.. and then they didnt respond to make the issue right until I had to call once again and and still have not seen a refund to my bank account almost 2 weeks later..
wish I wasnt like this but customer service skills need to change all over when people work in this kind of industry! Very disappointed

Really frustrated customer
UpdateReceived an email from Ceo Jodi Bricker wanting to know if I was satisfied with the resolution involving my order. I expressed my disappointment in still not receiving the prescription glasses I order.
After doing some research on Quay Australia I found an article with information given by Quay stated that prescription lens are sent to Asia "China" to fill prescription which explains why it takes so long an information on your order are not available. I asked Ms.
Bricker if that is true, she has not responded. Consumers beware not only are the frames made in China your prescription info is sent to Asia also so they can be made there.
This weeks update, even after speaking with the CEO and Customer Service Manager I am still waiting for my glasses to ship.14 work days "18 total days" since I placed my order.If you are hoping to get prescription glass fast this is not the place to order them.
Quick update I contact CEO of Quay through email, I was extremely surprised she contacted me appropriately 30 mins after my initial email. She apologized and was having the customer service manager contact me.
I was contacted by the manager who also apologized, refunded part of my order and sent my order to the RX department. I am a bit disappointed that after 9 working days it still hadn't made it that far. Well so far so good yet I still have no idea when the 2 pairs of prescription glasses will be done and shipped.
From the email I just received it says 21 days from making them to delivery. So looking at mid to end of September, way to long....
Constant confusing emails stating missing info to which I replied several times followed up by email stating the email was sent in error and 5 mins later another email stating missing info I must reply by Sept. 2 or my order would be canceled.
My order was placed on August 14th and I still don't know the status. Very unprofessional, axx backward way of doing business.

I bought buy one get one free spent $105 and got them and they are minis when I wanted a large size , I always buy these and they have changed the names and it doesnt make sense , Ill never buy these glasses again

I placed an order then received a BOGO & Quay would not honor it even tho the product had not shipped. Id rather work with a friendlier company. There was no reason they could not have done that for a customer.
They wanted me to reorder then send the original pair back which was a complete waste of time, money & shipping

I ordered the wrong sunglasses as they were so similar to the o es I meant to order. I ordered the nightfall and should have ordered the front runner .
However, customer service was on point and made my return experience perfect. The only one thing I am disappointed about is that I placed my order Friday and yesterday you sent a buy 1 get 1 free offer that I missed out on.

Communication is by email only and the team I needed to speak to was optical so stupid; optical only is able to be contacted by Quay agents wtfffff and NOT by phone but by email also an agent sends a message to another agent in another team at another department!!! Insane

Never received package
Still hadn't received my package yet! Order back in November so where is, I else want my stuff by Christmas!
